"Antimateria" (- I don't think that link will work, as download.com are silly, so sorry in advance. At least i tried. :P)
New favourite group. Been downloading tracks from them all week (and playing them at work, naughty me. Well, it's nice to have music on - my ward has music, the Manu unit (where I've been the past 2 weeks) has music, why can't the dispensary? Some RPSGB regulation about "no distractions in dispensary areas", no doubt. Blegh.). Anyway, Yej! Not sure what it is about them, but I love their style. :D I particularly like "Chimaueva" and "Black Eyes", I think because they're so unlike what I usually hear on the radio (read: not kiddy-pop or emo-rock :P), and "Heartbeat" is pretty nifty too.

New character to draw, also. ;) Seriously, she may never feature in any of my fiction anywhere, but I felt like creating her. She has a sort of lemurish build, little lemur-y hand-feet, blue fur, a VERY long prehensile tail, and a radio antenna. ;) Guess what she is! (...as if you NEED three guesses...) I have a silly idea for a cartoon involving Ping and Blip, but for that I need my old BNF, which means I need the NEW one to replace it (mm, green). Titled, "You are what you eat!" No guesses here, either. ;)

And it's going to rain on Saturday. Wah! Don't want rain, we want lovely clear bright starry nights to see the ShellShock firework display. It rained (well, drizzled) last year and seriously, you couldn't see the fireworks for the smoke after about 5 minutes. *stares* The only firework display I've been to where they had to have an INTERMISSION. The programme about the Gunpowder Plot that was on ch4 the other night was interesting, though - they did an experiment, and blew up a replica of the old Parliament building with a tonne of gunpowder, just to see what would have happened if Guy Fawkes had succeeded. WOO! The whole building literally unzipped from one end to the other.

Anyway, hungry now. Must go see if that pasta is defrosted.
