No, it's just me being silly; she's not asking to be "driven" by a human, after all. And, uh, it's mostly euphemisms for "something else"... ;)

I know, just running with the idea and Knight Rider's where it took me. (I'm very good at ignoring euphemisms when I want to and I'd honestly prefer a song about being a car to another song wanting a girl/boy.)
