Ear piercings are important to the Kiravai, as it's how they mark their status, so by necessity most creatures in their society reflect this. ;) And the large Imi ARE 4 foot tall, y'see? Like bears, they don't look too predatory when they're waddling around. Under that whiskery face are teeth - I almost gave the big like one sabre-teeth but decided it was silly. You never seen the old ladies who buy the biggest dog they can find to guard them and their property? Same principle. :)

- heh, unfortunately being "in charge" in this case means you've checked everything and agreed it's okay to go. *eek* Went all right, just out of interest, even though I had the regulation weirdo want to ask me questions. To sell it they have to prove it's safe to use, why don't you ask the manufacturer, no I'm not going back to the hospital to research it I don't have time for that, ASK THE GODDAMN MANUFACTURER") were good enough to get him to shut up, so one of my colleagues "rescued" me by saying I saw needed in the office. :P)
