Just making the traditional "once monthly" post. :P (I doubt anyone here remembers my first ElJay account, I remembered to update it once a month if I was lucky). Still here, still ticking over. Still knackered.
First Christmas party on friday (yes, this friday - yes, I'm aware it's still November). I went out at the weekend (read: ran around like a blue-assed fly in my lunchbreak at Boots) buying sparkly spangly tops and stuff to wear, and realised when I got to the checkout that EVERY top I picked up (even the two jumpers I bought for work) are the exact same shade of dark teal. Oh well. It's a wicked-cool colour, and 2 of them are covered in glitter and sequins and beads, so I don't care. YAY PARTYAGE.
Still busy writing. Things are finally starting to pick up the pace a little, and we meet "George" soon. Hurrah. I'm so happy I'm in the groove for once - it feels like forever ago that I actually sat down and WROTE something. Maybe it's because most of my stuff is packed in anticipation of my move (whenever the fork THAT'll be) so writing is all I have to do, but ffft.
Right, done for now. Nothing exciting to talk about. I go now.
