Why is BBC Weather so utterly shit? The "visible satellite" page bears absolutely NO RESEMBLANCE to their "predicted weather" page, and I'm WAY more inclined to believe the visible satellite page. "Heavy showers"? Yeah, right, and there'll be pigs flying past my window AAAAANY MINUTE.
I'm going to go and hide from the weather again.

Couches aside, does this change your opinion of the BBC forecast thingy now? Either system? Granted, I use neither, being on a different continent...

Date: 1 Aug 2006 08:35 am (UTC)And no, my opinion of BBC Weather is no better because it was supposed to be DRY and SUNNY yesterday. Let's face it, *I* could make a better forecast off THEIR satellite picture - and I don't think it's going to rain if there's NO CLOUD AT ALL over where I live. Stupid BBC.
