Notes: Where a dithery jetboy with questionable ethics and even more questionable loyalty sets out to cause problems for himself. And one of our heroes is definitely losing his marbles.

( Ramjet was pretty sure that consciences didn’t get much more annoying than his own, right now. It never had anything remotely useful to say, and now didn’t seem to want to shut up, either. It kinda felt like a thought had broken away on its own, and was waiting in a dark corner to jump on him with a GOTCHA! the instant he put a thruster wrong. )

Notes: In which we find Warp is miraculously still functioning! And Slipstream figures out he has a plan, which... doesn't sound like a very good one, actually.

And poor Skyfire gets ready for a night spent standing up.

( Consciousness tiptoed back to Skywarp with the usual flurry of damage alerts. He couldn’t quite put a finger on the point at which just being online segued into becoming aware of his surroundings, but he DID immediately know that he didn’t actually hurt quite so much, any more. Small blessings. So long as no ''critical failure'' warnings blared in his helm, he was well practised at ignoring little spots of discomfort. )

Is it a bad sign that a couple of chapter of this is the only thing I've posted in almost a year? Hmm. ¬_¬

Notes: In which Skywarp demonstrates that he doesn't often stay down for terribly long, and Pulsar goes to see her sister (who feels somewhat abandoned and unloved in hospital).

( OK, so. I probably COULD have planned this a little better, Skywarp accepted, reeling backwards from another blow and feeling the wall impact his battered wings. )

So I wasn't planning on uploading this but eh, it's productivity. I spotted this on tumblr this morning and I went "oops. I think this is me right now?"

Notes: This year hasn't started out fantastic, from a creative point of view, which is what gave birth to this little short. Trying to get it out of my system, haha. A vindictive Skywarp and exploding paintcans was the easy part; it was difficult to figure out how to start it, though, so I'm sorry it's a little rushed / untidy. I am apparently the queen of passive-aggressive. (I uploaded the rough draft of this to another site the other day; never doing THAT again. I’m only sharing drafts with people I trust, from now on.)

For the record, TC is more immediately worried about getting the paint off the bathroom. Screamer will probably be sullen and embarrassed if they have to chip him out of a paint straightjacket, but he will be unbearable if he can’t use the washracks.

Title (chapter): Aviation Flu

Notes: The other day, I caught a cold. I’ve been lucky and not had a bad one in years, so I suppose it was due. On the bus on the way home, Skywarp came out in sympathy. Misery loves company?

“Aviation Flu” is courtesy of a colleague who accidentally called avian flu that a few times; I used to like to wonder if it was what you caught if you worked with aeroplanes? But actually, maybe it’s what you catch if you are an aeroplane.

( It was obvious from the moment Pulsar came online, to find her Seeker venting excessively warm air and with pumps that seemed to be buzzing, that Skywarp wasn’t in particularly good health, that orn. )

Iiiii should have posted this a week and a half ago but I am terrible at remembering to post anything on here. ¬_¬

Notes: In which Slipstream realises just how big this thing might be that he and Dash are caught up in, and Starscream finally gets back from New Vos to a hostile welcome.

( The command centre on Nemesis was every bit as sickly purple and ostentatiously oversized as Slipstream remembered it. He didn’t remember ever seeing it from THIS angle, though. ''Show proper respect to your new master, scum!'' )

Series: Transformers, G1-based “Blue” AU
Rating: PG-13
Notes: Where Skywarp flies out to New Vos to avoid Thundercracker I MEAN visit his fellow alien-abductee, and gets a little useful information to add to his campaign to get-starscream-interested-in-this-if-it-kills-me. You can't avoid your wingmates forever, though. And didn't anyone ever tell you that saying "if it kills me" is really tempting fate...?
