This looked so much better in my brain. :P Lucy's badge.

EmblemCome one, come all, and make lol at Abi's halfassed attempt at vector logo design! Yay. Scary lopsided HUGE EYED Policebot emblem. Woo.

This is a "Thing a Day", btw - going to TRY and achieve it this year as I ran out of steam last year and forgot about it until Anna reminded me about it on devART. So! As I'm hiding from the snow, this is actually yesterday's thing. Today's thing will be up later.

Why is the weather always mank when I'm on annual leave? :P

"Biohazard" is his nickname, because he's your stereotypical mad scientist. He thinks he's helping research a cure into viral haemorrhagic fever, but he's actually helping to develop a MORE virulent, more lethal strain of it...

ATC-sized bit of art. :) (ATCs = playing card sized, I think? Small, anyway!)

The purple background is a wallpaper sample. ¬_¬ And the swirly ribbony bits ARE ribbons. With silk flowes and a 30-minute bit of art. :) Yay!

I'm calling this my belated thing-a-day from yesterday. Being on-call often smushes my creativity. Oh well!

These are little things which I'm calling "part of my planning for my second NaNovel", but actually were an excuse to play with a garden designer. I apologise that they're a bit wide, partly for which reason I've put them under a cut (and also because there's nothing worse than a monster huge long China's Great wall of Text that is far tl;dr cropping up on your ElJay-watch page).

Anyway, without further ado, housens! )

And now, back to editing! WHEE.

For today's "thing", I did ARTS!

Sei. At the very, very, VERY end of his patience.

And Iios, looking... eh, I dunno.

These were drawn on some scraps of ECG-machine paper I found in my BNF. There'd been some on the ward in the scrap paper box and I took a coupla bits to write tablet-crushing-instructions on, then never used the, I thought the squarey paper would be an amusing touch for Kirasiinu characters. ;) Markers no happy about the thermal surface, though.

NEW SCANNER WOOHOO.

This sounds like fun. :)

Thing-a-Day
Okay, admittedly I'd probably spend more than 30 mins on each "thing", and I'll most likely NOT post it to the blog (unless it goes to ElJay), but I think I'm going to play along. :) I could use it to help my planning for "Good as Gold" as well as just to fuel the creative process...

Attention all those folk who feel they're "not being creative enough" - this could be for you! ;) They don't have to be finished "things", just ideas and stuff.

Unrelated aside: Why is it that it's always when I have zero idea what a person is going on about in their "China's Great Wall of Text" that people NEVER put it under a LJ-cut? Or else just post a bazillion YouTube videos I'm also not interested it? It makes my FL sad (and very long). :(
