All right, I suppose I should have first said WHICH stereotype I meant, since there seems to be two - the "OMG EVIL ROBOTS TAKE OVER THE WORLD" (the Terminator type) one and the Pinocchio-esque curious-innocent one (i.e. the (more famous) Star Trek type). :P I don't recall seeing too many others. ;)
