Random thought for the day:
Tempted to draw this character, even though he's not about a lot, even in my thousands of words of notes on my PC, and he's a thoroughly sullen old tart. Anyway.
Saar'Nouven Slimtail (aka usually "Nou" (or "Nouven" to the Ondrai)). Professor of cybernetics and electro-neural interfacings, Vice-chancellor of the New Institute of Neuronics and Synthetic Biology, currently teaching in the manufacture of cyberneuronal mesh and enhanced medical implants. He's a ratty, skinny, dull brown Dar with mad hair and white eyes, and of course a thin, ratty-looking tail. He doesn't suffer fools gladly, and don't you dare argue with him if you value a peacable working environment! But he's very clever, has the patience (that a lot of Vuls lack) for the intricacies of his profession, and isn't so scatter-brained (read: he doesn't go off on frequent tangents, like many of his peers do).

So, yay.
