Monday, 23 April 2007 11:29 pmWell, the internets are officially working again at Lackford Place, and there's an accumulation of plantbabies on the balcony, but the online bank for one of my current accounts doesn't seem to like my new address, so I'll be going in to nag them this weekend. (Sod's law says they'll have lost the form I filled in with my new address and it's not gone through. GRR)
In other, more fictional news, I'm having a go at writing that brief story I posted the other day "properly" (working title = "Custodian"), but there's not a lot of plot yet.
Aaaand... Iios is in a bad mood again (yeah yeah so what else is new?). Well, I've halfway found a way to connect "Rogue" to "Shadow Silver" (SS), as I was having problems getting them to the world where SS is set - didn't seem to flow from Rogue to SS, just JUMPED with no reason for them to be there with no transport home. Anyway. The new plan is using the bones of the original old story in which Eri was "born"* , but that story required that he get the absolute everlasting f'ck beaten out of him. Oh well. The higher your pedestal, the further you have to fall, right? Sometimes we have to make sacrifices to the greater good, and he'll get over it, the big baby. *offers him box of tissues*
And finally... I forgot just how much I loved this track. *dances* I'm not sure if it's what this is, but I adore the tango, and everything like it.
(* = no, you've probably never seen it - I turned Iios biological as a punishment for something, and it sparked from there, but then fell by the wayside and I never bothered using it)
