IN THE FACE OF ADVERSITY (punctured tyre and a wasp sting on the back of my neck) I SUCCEEDED IN MY 50 MILE CYCLE RIDE
WOOOO
I am now going to fall over and sleep forever. Or at least until my legs work again.
And if you don't see me for 6 weeks, it's because I've gone for a hot bath and my legs have gone stiff and I can't get back out.
