Icy weather continues

keaalu...and continues to make people do stupid things.
We had temperatures as low as -17C in suffolk (in Haverhill), over the weekend (that's close to 0F), and -10C in Ipswich. (And more snow).
To start with, yesterday there was a story in the EADT about someone who they think might have fallen through the ice:

And this morning, there was this in the paper:
Dedham: Man crawls on frozen river to rescue dog - News - East Anglian Daily Times
