Some hasty (read: 20 minutes or so. My hasty isn't THAT fast) marker work. One of these days I'll learn to use the things properly. Anyway. Can't do much more on this since I've just packed my markers, so any further work will be in PITT pens or else pencils. Yay.

Note: the filename "naiiri_prof" means profile, not professor. Even if she is. ;)

Odd, if not interesting. I'm slightly encouraged by your saying you're not using your markers properly, and that your art's still turning out well. Makes me wonder what I can achieve with such tools myself, even if I haven't a clue what I'm doing.

I'm assuming that if your markers are packed, this means the move to a flat has been finalized...?

The markers are packed in anticipation of the move. ;) I have a place and a mortgage and a solicitor, and more importantly the money to do all these things, and now I'm just waiting on the vendor (I think) to find where THEY'RE moving to, and for the surveys and stuff to be done, and then with luck I can be in by the end of October. WOOP.

I always try and use my markers like pencils, which occasionally works but often doesn't. So... trial and error, I suppose. I DO have a "Rendering with Markers" manual somewhere in one of my boxes, so once I've moved and found it I'll be trying to learn to do it "properly".
