Magpine! For those of you who been askin' what Keaalu is - well, this isn't what she is, this is Jack, because "Keaalu" is technically just a pen-name, but eh, if forced to pick a character to be an avatar, Jack would be it. :) And this is she:

Yeah, she's small and scruffy and kinda quadruped, rather than outright humanoid - she does have opposable thumbs (and toes!), but she's more "were" than "furry", although for technicality's sake she's neither (I see her as more "Star Trek alien" than either of them, as I don't see her as "an anthro", as that implies humanised animal). I'm working on a coloured, cleaned-up version, but that may take a while depending on how quick I get my lovely markers back from my parents garage. This isn't the complete version, yet - I have to add in her beads and whatnots - but eh, it's close. This is mostly what I see in my mind's eye when I think of her (eh, well, with non-fluffed anatomy, that is), not some lanky Kiravai-lookalike, although I'm inclined to think she normally goes about with clothing. ;)
I have been working on a more humanoid version of her, but so far this is all I have:
Whee.
Oh, and Steelwing, you told me to write a new description for FM, well, how does this sound so far?
"Keaalu is... well, essentially just small and scruffy, looking like she’s rolled around in a haberdashery store. Part Bengal fox, part Azure-winged magpie, almost griffinish, with colour-adaptive cuttlefish feelers forming a strange mane of tentacle “hair” and a strand or two of ivy (apparently growing alongside her hackle-feathers) on the side. Like any other crow, she has a penchant for all things shiny – her dark beak is polished and painted with filigree gold, and there are tiny glittery beads apparently sewn right into her thin pelt, up her long pointed ears and through her tail.
Look closer, however, and you may notice (well, if she sits still for long enough you might) that she’s not really “breathing” – listen to her chest and you’d find no heartbeat. Not a zombie, though – this odd little creature is in fact a synthetic construct, which would probably explain the strange confluence of creatures and objects she seems to be crafted from. (The ivy, it should be said, is the real plant, so please don’t go picking it unless invited-... Actually, don’t go pulling ANYTHING off her, and all will be good.) It is likely that the builders, whoever they are, simply cobbled together a lot of leftovers and spares – indeed, a small faded fabric tag at the inside of her left ankle reads “dishwasher safe, unsuitable for use in microwave ovens”.
This is not the sanest of synthetics, as you may have already noted – bright and amenable, but prone to bouts of gibberish and for-goodness-sake-will-you-please-shut-up-now-Keaalu? Maybe she should just upgrade to Kirasiinu and be done with it.
(Scent)There is no really noticeable scent – there’s none of that pungent foxy stink, for instance – although if you’re REALLY sensitive you might catch the slightest (and very strange) mixed scent of machine oil, ozone, and praline. "
Whee! Sleep now.
Plus, gorgonopsids are love. I want one.

Isn't this the same creature that was serving as the mascot for your Dauntless Site? Or at least, going to.
