Arrrrrgggghhh why are robots so hard to draaaaw? *chews up paper and throws it around like confetti*

I have three new characters I'm trying to draw, and one is PARTICULARLY hard. Called Spotweld, he's an EMT who can physically divide himself into two from the waist up, so he can "be in two places at once" - so everything is slightly dualled on his body - seams down the arms, the eyes, etc etc. He's very unsure of himself, though, so pretty much everything he says is a question? Because he's not really sure if it's right? And he's kinda got a split-personality because his brain is in two disparate halves for when he needs to divide his attention? He's excitable and nervous and kinda skinny, but limber too, which he thinks the femmes like? But he's not sure, because he's not really asked? God, isn't this annoying? Gonna have to tone down the questioning before he sounds too "Australian". (No offence to the Australians. I know I'm being stereotypical. ;) ) Damn, now I'm seeing him as a surfer.

The other two are easy. Pulsar is a policewoman, and so she's skinny, spikey and sleek-looking; Forceps is a surgeon (well, registrar/student) and she's like a tank on legs. With a facemask. Huzzah.

Yay robots. )
