Poor Keealu *hugs* Is it under warranty? Can you get someone in to fix it?

Two winters ago when I was still living with my parents we had our furnace crap out on the coldest night of the year. I think it was something like -30 celcius that night and the next day. I was in the basement, the coldest part of the house, and I remember my mom waking me up at 1 in the morning to give me extra blankets and a hot water bottle.

Isn't that what boilers do? I have never known one to break down when it wasn't needed and/or repairmen were readily available ...
