I wonder how many other ways devART is going to try to word it to persuade people to subscribe?
First it was "Subscribe".
Then it was "Upgrade account" (or something like that).
Now it's "Upgrade to a Subscription". What next?
"Subscribe to Upgrade!"
"Upgrading is a subscription!"
"Subscribing is BETTER!"
"JUST F'CKING SEND US MONEY OK?"

How about: "Click here!" That ought to get everybody curious enough to click. ;)

...And once you get to the subscription page the site won't let you use the back button to leave. <_<

They'll keep adding very slightly better ways of doing things if you subscribe.

...such as "allowing punctuation in titles", "longer titles", "an easier sorting system", etc.
