I'm supposed to be going to a barbecue a friend from work is hosting - it's been on the cards since just after Christmas. And what happens? The ONLY cold I've had for the ENTIRE YEAR makes me feel so crap that I can't go. -_-

I'm going to go sulk in a corner, or something. Bah.

Nah, it's gone down onto my chest since this morning, and I'm hacking away like some 90-year-old emphysemic life-long smoker. -_- *uuugh* I've been spending most of my time in bed (because I cough less).

Edit: and I've been having some really odd dreams. Someone on a LJ-post I wrote said "now we just need Abi's OC to join in with (popular Joe Bloggs whose name I can't remember)'s porn and we'll be able to taking over the world by how EPIC it is." I was all O_o but Warp and Pulse (who seemed to be actual living beings by this point) decided "hell yeah" and got down to business in public. Prowl (wtf were YOU doing there anyway, man?) and me were all O_O UUUGH STOP IT YOU TWOOOO NOT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE CAFE...!

And I can't even blame it on cold meds, because I don't take Sudafed any more (Sudafed = HIGH and stuffy, so I guess at least I don't CARE as much...)

Given that you work at a hospital you could always tell them you caught the swine flu. I bet they wouldn't be so eager to have you come over then. XD ;)
