I was SUPPOSED to, but it was when I was taking my 3rd year exams at Uni, and it'd have meant having to come back home to Suffolk (across the other side of the country) and missing half of them. So I got excused. :) Buuuut I was always curious what it would have been ABOUT... ¬_¬

I seem to be one of the few people that actually wants to try it out. I watch the real life court/crime type programs instead of things like CSI.

*nods* It does sound interesting, I admit. :) Two people in the department have been called for jury duty recently, though, and it disrupts life/work/etc like you wouldn't believe.

For all people seem to hate it I think it would be pretty interesting too. Of course we might all just be speaking from lack of experience. ;)

BTW are jurors even allowed to discuss court case info on a public media like LJ?

Hmm, maybe you're right. I know jurors aren't allowed to discuss ACTIVE cases, but that's all I know. And I imagine it does make the whole anonymity thing irrelevant if you're going to discuss it, too.
