We at VCL_Horrors have been featuring a lot of her character model sheets, as they've been getting steadily worse and sloppier. To think people will actually pay $100+ for that garbage! O_O
Yeah, I've been lurking around there every now and then when I feel in need of a laugh. ;) The one that got ME was the "fursuit modelsheet" or whatever it was. I think she missed the point of drawing a chart to translate into 3D/fabric - it's supposed to show how the pieces fit together so you can actually MAKE it, not just some random lazy-arse generic dog portrait. Meh.
I know Thaily mentioned that that particular buyer "will pay for anything", but that misses the point - the fact people ARE paying her is just ENCOURAGING her to be crap.
Crapping christ, I hate Ulario. How in the name of all that's sacred does she get that kind of money for absolute shite? ...Or not improve over the course of 10 years, for that matter?!
Yeah, I'd agree with all those points. :P I wouldn't begrudge her a penny if she had any sense of normal humility (read: "how-to-draw" book? WTFF?!) and made the effort to do WELL instead of just churn out crap, like some sort of factory production line.
