I PAID TO RENEW MY FRICKIN' DOMAIN NAME IN JANUARY, now PROCESS IT, goddamnit!

Yeah, that was what I meant - I paid my webhost (incidentally also my registration agent) to renew the domain name back in january, and they haven't. They've just taken my money, and decided not to list the fact I've paid, even on my "control panel" (although they've invoiced me anyway). Grr.
